What is included in the price?
The agreed scope, a web form, responsive layout and basic technical SEO. An editing panel is included only in CMS packages; HTML websites have no CMS. Two consolidated rounds of feedback. Terms and privacy pages using approved content do not count towards the page limit; individual legal drafting is quoted separately.
The form collects an enquiry on the website and passes it for sending. Creating a business mailbox, a domain and broader email configuration require a separate scope agreement.
How do we count feedback rounds?
A round is one consolidated list of feedback on the version presented, within the agreed scope. Website packages include two rounds.
- Feedback: adjusting spacing or layout within the agreed design.
- Defect: a link or form that does not work as agreed in the contract. Fixing a failure to meet the contract does not use a feedback round and is not a paid change.
- New feature: a booking feature or integration that was not previously commissioned. This requires a separate quote and approval.
What is quoted separately?
You supply copy, photographs and business details. Copywriting, logos, translation, shops, booking features, integrations, illustrations and 3D require separate quotes. Hosting, domain and licence prices and who pays them are specified before work begins.
Can the price be adjusted?
Yes. We can change the scope or split the project into stages. We agree on the final terms in the proposal before work begins. Sending the form is not a purchase.
How is extra work billed?
You approve the estimate before the work. Hourly work has a 30-minute minimum, then 15-minute increments. Fixing a defect within the agreed scope is not a paid change.
Is ongoing care compulsory?
No. CMS care is optional and does not include round-the-clock cover. HTML changes are commissioned separately. Major repairs and recovery after an infection are quoted separately. We agree on how care can end in the proposal.
What do SEO and AI preparation mean?
A clear structure, correct headings, metadata, a sitemap and structured data that matches the content. Ongoing search optimisation and SEO campaigns are agreed separately. This does not guarantee rankings, citations or sales; competition and external systems also affect the results.
