You have a website, but offer updates depend on a previous developer, access is scattered or nobody knows who handles backups. CyberKlucz can help assess the situation and agree a limited scope of improvements.
Not every situation needs a new design. We first establish what makes work difficult for the business and which elements are worth keeping.
What we establish first
The website address, required features and actual problem. Then the providers, access to the domain, hosting and editing, and responsibility for email and existing connections.
Checks depend on permissions and the environment available. We record missing access as a limitation. We do not bypass provider procedures or change services where the business has not demonstrated authorisation.
A scope that fits the website’s condition
Work may cover access, documentation, a specific fault or migration preparation. After the review, we separate tasks possible on the current website from those requiring a rebuild.
Email, domain and DNS changes are listed separately in the scope. The plan includes dependencies, a backup and a way to reverse significant changes. Before work begins, it is clear who approves it.
Results and handover
You receive the review findings and a record of completed work and limitations. Documentation identifies service responsibilities, important dates and further actions within the agreed scope.
Acceptance is tied to the specific problem. If the aim was to restore offer editing, that is the feature we check. If the scope includes migration, we also agree on URLs, content and items that will not be moved.
What the scope does not guarantee
We do not promise recovery of every account, removal of every infection or maintenance without additional terms. A serious incident, missing account rights or an unknown technical condition may require separate diagnosis and decisions.
Regular updates, monitoring and response times after completion are a separate commitment.
Prepare your first description
Share the website address, what does not work or cannot be changed, and which panels are available. Do not send passwords in an ordinary message.
