Domains, hosting, email and the website panel need clearly assigned permissions. CyberKlucz helps organise access to specified accounts and prepare for staff changes or a lost device.
The scope fits the services actually used. Buying a hardware key alone does not resolve shared logins or responsibility for recovery.
Where we start
We identify the accounts the business needs, the people using them and available permissions. We establish where notifications go, who can grant or revoke access and which gaps need the provider’s help.
Your first description should not include passwords, recovery codes or customer data. We agree on a secure way to share the required permissions before work begins.
MFA and recovery
MFA adds confirmation to sign-in, such as an app code or hardware key alongside a password.
Where the service supports it, the scope can include configuring a suitable multi-factor authentication method. We compare options for that account and how authorised people will use it.
After a change, sign-in and the available backup method must be checked. Codes and other secrets need appropriate storage. Documentation explains the procedure and responsibilities without exposing them.
What you receive
An agreed record of accounts, permissions, completed changes and next steps. We identify the test result and limitations, such as a setting that cannot be changed without the service administrator.
The work covers specific accounts. It does not promise full protection of every business device, continuous monitoring or account recovery in every situation.
How this relates to your website
Access can be organised during a new website project or a change of developerif this work is included in the scope. There is no need to rebuild the website solely for this purpose.
Discuss your important accounts
Recovery after losing a device
Use the service’s official recovery procedure. Your options depend on earlier configuration: recovery codes, another available device or a backup method. There is no single set of steps for every account.
Prepare the plan when enabling protection. CERT Polska recommends secure storage of recovery codes if the service provides them. Password and access guidance.
Also check how your passkey works. FIDO Alliance distinguishes synced and device-bound solutions. Losing a phone therefore does not create the same situation in every case. FIDO Alliance’s explanation.
For important accounts, record the person responsible, where the instructions are stored and how authorised access to the backup method is obtained. Keep secrets out of a generally accessible list.
CyberKlucz can include recovery in organising account access. The scope does not promise recovery in every situation. We first need to understand the service, current access and available methods of proving authorisation.
